PLASTIC REDUCTION
Our new technical polymers can produce thinner films that can considerably reduce the use of resources without sacrificing the functionality of the packaging.
The process of light-weighting has achieved considerable material savings in the past few decades and will continue to be a way to improve efficiency of individual packaging.
OUR PLASTIC REDUCTION PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
High performance materials that allow to downgauge films while obtaining optimal barrier and tear resistance properties
FULL POLYAMIDE
It is the perfect solution for those packages that require an oxygen barrier, downgauging with a recyclable structure
ACTIVE PACKAGING
Consist of incorporating encapsulated natural origin active principles in order to extend the shelf life of food principles providing antioxiand and antifungal properties
TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
Promyde with a double performing gas barrier than standard PA6 allows to downgage the PA layer on multi-material structures.
Also, Promye performing a better tear resistance and stiffness, help to downgauge the PA layer.
Suitable for retort packaging and also provides extra transparency.
OTHER ADVANTAGES
Heat treatments resistance
Recyclability
Lower fusion temperature
Sealability
Gloss and transparency
Thermoforming
APPLICATIONS
Deep thermoformed trays
Skin vaccum packaging
FULL POLYAMIDE
It is the perfect solution for those packages that require an oxygen barrier in order to extend the lifetime of food.
Our special copolyamide Promyde placed as a sealing layer over a full polyamide structure preserves the oxygen barrier, even in conditions of high ambient humidity, such as pasteurization and sterilization.
OTHER ADVANTAGES
Heat treatments resistant
Recyclability
Lower fusion temperature
Sealability
Gloss and transparency
Thermoforming
Food waste reduction
APPLICATIONS
Thermoformed tay
Vaccum bags
Barrier packaging
ACTIVE PACKAGING
Consists of incorporating encapsulated natural origin active principles to the polymer matrix in order to provide antioxidant and antimicrobial properties to prolong the shelf life of food.
These principles are active at vapor phase, so direct contact with food is not required.
The shelf life of food is prolonged, there is less food waste. Therefore there will be less packaging waste.
OTHER ADVANTAGES
Food waste reduction
APPLICATIONS
Map trays
Snack bags
WATER DISSOLUTION
Inzea offers flexible grades for cold water soluble films.
They can be applied to laundry bags, detergency or fertilizer pouches and to some food sachet applications; with the advantage of totally eliminating packaging and being partially biobased.
OTHER ADVANTAGES
Oxigen Barrier
Biobased content
APPLICATIONS
Food sachets applications
Pods
